JUSTICE IS NOT FOR POOR IN INDIA:
The number of judges per million of population is about 12 in India, while it is 41 in Australia, 51 in the United Kingdom, 75 in Canada, and 107 in United States of America.The number of sworn officers of local agencies in USA is 1.5 per 1,000 of
5,468 people have died in police custody in 5 years in India. Police is not accountable for police custodial deaths, even if anybody will file any F.I.R. then they are enquiring their own tainted people.
3.56 crore cases are pending in India’s 21 high courts, and an astounding 2.63 crore cases are pending in subordinate courts across the country.At the same time, there are almost a 2.5 crore under-trials languishing in jails across the country.
